To start, you are going to need a piece of wire roughly 20 inches long. I was a bit skeptical at how long it needs to be, but trust me you're gonna need that wire. Then you wrap it around a mandrel or something round like a candle once for each side of the wire.
Next you take the two ends of the wire and twist them around each other, as show, still on the mandrel. You then begin wrapping the ends around and around the area you first twisted, which becomes the center of the rose.
You should stop twisting when you have about half an inch or an inch left. If you don't like the way it turned out, untwist it and try again! I actually twisted mine three times before I was happy with it. Then, take the ends and twist them around the base of the ring. All done! Get crafting! :)
