Hey guys so here's that project I've been neglecting to put up :) A ring holder!!I'd be lying if I said this was my idea though. I modified a tutorial from another blog, which you can find here.
So first, you need to gather your materials!- Batting (I used 32 strips, measuring 2x8")
- Fabric (Some amount of pieces as batting, but 4x4")
- Scissors
- Thread in colors to match fabric
- A box container of some sort
- Needle
- Glue!
- Butter knife or other skinny object
I used a box intended for rolls of DMC thread, which has a lid and multiple compartments.
So first, cut your materials. The best way to test what size you need is to just roll up a piece of batting and see how much or little you need for the size of the compartment you're using. The width is just the width of the compartment, but the length depends of how high or low you want the batting to sit.
Now roll up the batting pieces and sew them together!
